Injection Molding

Melt Temperature: 200-220 °C
Screw Speed: 50 to 200 rpm
Shrinkage: 0.012 – 0.018 in/int
Back Pressure: 50-100 psi (0.345-0.689 MPa)
Screw L/D Ratio: 16:1.0 to 20:1.0
Screw Compression Ratio: 2.0:1.0 to 2.5:1.0

Extrusion

Melt Temperature: 190-200 °C

  • It is recommended to pre-dry this material at 60 – 70 °C (140 – 160 °F) for 2-3 hours for optimum processing and aesthetics.
