Specialty plastics compounder, Alterra Holdings Company, is working with Mitsui Plastics, Inc. to commercialize bioplastic compounds for extruded film applications. The bioplastic compounds are based on BioPBS ™ distributed by Mitsui Plastics, Inc. and manufactured through a joint venture between PTT & Mitsubishi Chemical.
